*How the free consult works
To book your free consult, you will be required to pay the $99 consult fee, which will be applied to your first month of injections, if you decide to proceed. If you decide not to proceed with the weight loss injections during/after your consult, your $99 will be refunded to the original method payment OR you can choose to use your deposit for a $150 credit at the SPA, to be used at one appointment. Free B12 injection will be administered during your first weight loss injection. This offer is valid for new patients only. Please note that there is a no-show fee of $50.
