Your appointment time will depend on what area you’re treating. Expect about 15 minutes per small area and 30 minutes per large area.
The results of PCDC injections can be long-lasting, but the duration varies depending on your metabolism, lifestyle, and treatment area. Typically, once the fat cells are dissolved and eliminated, they do not regenerate, leading to permanent fat reduction in the treated area. However, maintaining the results depends on lifestyle choices, such as diet and exercise. We recommend multiple sessions (usually 2-4) to achieve optimal results, with improvements becoming visible after a few weeks. Please note that each treatment priced above is two sessions.
Most of our patients say that there is little to no discomfort with this treatment.
To minimize your chances of bruising, we recommend avoiding ibuprofen and blood-thinning medications for three days before your injections. Also, taking arnica three days prior can help reduce the likelihood of bruising by promoting better circulation and minimizing inflammation.
While you can resume normal activities right away, you may experience slight bruising, swelling or irritation in the treated area up to one week after your treatment. Don’t worry; this is normal!
