Our Radiant Renew Lux 1540 Non-Ablative Fractional Laser appointment lasts about 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the size of the treatment area. This includes prep, the laser treatment itself, and post-care instructions.
Results from Radiant Renew can last up to 12 months or more, especially with a series of treatments and good skincare maintenance. Since the laser stimulates collagen production, results continue to improve over time, with optimal benefits usually seen after 3 to 6 sessions spaced a few weeks apart. Periodic maintenance treatments can help extend and enhance your results.
This treatment is generally well-tolerated by most patients. You may feel a warm, prickling sensation during the treatment—similar to a mild sunburn or tiny rubber band snaps. A topical numbing cream is applied beforehand to minimize discomfort, and most of our patients find the procedure very manageable. Afterward, you might feel some warmth or tightness in the treated area, but this usually subsides within a few hours.
Before your Radiant Renew treatment, it’s important to avoid sun exposure, tanning, and active skincare products like retinoids or exfoliants for several days. Please arrive with clean, makeup-free skin. If you’ve recently had any cosmetic treatments or are taking medications that affect your skin, let us know when booking so we can make sure it’s safe to proceed.
There’s minimal downtime with our Radiance Reset treatment. You may experience some redness, warmth, and mild swelling—similar to a sunburn—for a day or two. Most patients return to normal activities right away, but it’s best to avoid intense exercise, heat, and direct sun exposure for a few days to allow your skin to heal and get the best results.
