A typical Revanesse® Versa appointment takes about 30 to 45 minutes, including consultation and treatment time. It’s often considered a “lunchtime treatment” since there’s minimal downtime and you can get back to your day quickly!
Results from Revanesse® Versa typically last 10 to 12 months, depending on the treatment area, your metabolism, and lifestyle factors. Many of our patients enjoy refreshed, natural-looking volume for up to a year before needing a touch-up/
Most patients find Revanesse® Versa to be very tolerable. The formula includes lidocaine, a numbing agent that helps minimize discomfort during treatment. You might feel a quick pinch or slight pressure, but overall, it’s a relatively gentle experience — and we can always apply a topical numbing cream for extra comfort!
The number of syringes you’ll need depends on your treatment goals, the area being treated, and your unique facial structure. During your consultation, we’ll assess your features, talk through your desired results, and create a personalized plan just for you. Some patients see beautiful results with a single syringe, while others may benefit from multiple — it’s all about balance, harmony, and what feels right for you.
There’s not much prep needed before your Revanesse® Versa treatment, but for best results, we recommend avoiding blood thinners like aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, or alcohol for 24 to 48 hours beforehand to help reduce bruising. Stay hydrated and have a light meal before your appointment so you feel comfortable. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, prone to cold sores, or have a history of filler allergies, be sure to let us know during your consultation. We’ll guide you through everything to make sure you’re ready and confident.
There’s little to no downtime after a Revanesse® Versa treatment. Most patients go right back to their day! You might experience mild swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection site, but it’s typically very minimal and resolves within a few days. To keep things looking their best, we recommend avoiding strenuous exercise, alcohol, and excessive sun or heat for the first 24 hours.
