Choose Your Treatment Level:
Level I: Polished Profile
This level includes six EVOKE treatments designed to smooth and tighten the skin subtly, perfect for those looking to prevent or treat early signs of a sagging neck.
Level II: Sculpt & Define
This mid-level tier includes six EVOKE treatments plus one fat dissolving injection to offer a more intensive tightening and lifting effect, targeting moderate sagging to create a firmer, more defined neckline. You and your expert nurse injector will determine if PCDC or KYBELLA is best for your injection.
Level III: Neck Reboot
This premium, comprehensive treatment includes two Morpheus skin tightening sessions, two fat dissolving injections and a High & Tight Neck Lift with BOTOX/Jeuveau to combat significant sagging, providing a noticeable lift and rejuvenation for a smooth, sculpted neck.
A Level I appointment will last about 30 minutes, 30-45 for a Level II and our Level III treatment lasts about 45-90 minutes—all include time for our numbing cream to take effect.
Most patients’ results last 2-5 years, depending on age.
Most of our patients say that there is little to no discomfort with this treatment. However, if you’re worried about pain, we can apply a numbing cream for about 10 minutes prior to your treatment.
We highly recommend our Skin Genius Neck Lift IQ to help extend your results.
Also, make sure you are using sunscreen daily, whether you have treated your face or not. We recommend either the Skin Genius Protect 44 or Drenched Protect 40. Protect 44 is water resistant and has a sheer, universal tint beneficial for most skin types. Protect 40 contains hyaluronic acid and is great for post-procedure and sensitive skin.
Your expert nurse injectors can help you determine at the time of your appointment which level is best for you. And, you can always upgrade or downgrade at your appointment if you’ve already purchased the service.
To minimize your chances of bruising, we recommend avoiding ibuprofen and blood-thinning medications for three days before your injections. Also, taking arnica three days prior can help reduce the likelihood of bruising by promoting better circulation and minimizing inflammation.
Those who undergo the Level I treatment will experience no downtime.
Those with the Level I or III treatments may experience mild swelling and redness which may last 24-72 hours.
