Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products or gift cards. Reward points have no cash value and may not be transferred or combined. If you are not an appropriate candidate for a service that you have purchased, the purchase amount may be applied towards another product or service that is available in our clinic or app.

Beauty Bank

All monthly payments will be made using the credit card provided by the client when signing up through the app. Minimum four-month commitment required. Discounts can only be applied to regularly-priced products and services; offers cannot be combined. To receive your product and service discounts, you must be current on your payments. If you are not current on your payments or choose to discontinue making monthly payments into your SPA Beauty Bank, you can still use all your accumulated funds on any service or product without the benefit of the discounts. If you have more than three declined payments in a year, you will no longer be eligible for the Beauty Bank. The SPA Beauty Bank is non-transferable to any other family member or friend. Funds are non-refundable.

Cancellations

We understand that unexpected complications and illnesses arise. However, a reservation is a promise between one of our experienced estheticians and you, the client. Because of the time constraints of our providers, ample notice is required for rescheduling appointments. We request that cancellations are done 24 hours prior to an appointment. If you do not cancel or reschedule an appointment 24 hours in advance, a $50 fee may be charged.

Check-In

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow us to get you checked in and confirm any important information, as well as give you the chance to fill out any necessary paperwork. Arriving late may interrupt your service and the services of those who follow you.

Privacy Policy

Patient privacy is a top priority at our spa. We ensure that our staff will not discuss your treatments with any other clients. In order to ensure your total privacy, you may be periodically asked to verify specific information such as your birthdate, phone number or address.

Gratuities​

The best tip we can receive is your repeat business and referrals. However, if you are exceptionally happy with the service you received during your visit, our providers do accept tips.
